Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of QuickConvertify, including its converters, viewers, editors, generators, calculators, developer utilities, guides and other website features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

QuickConvertify provides general-purpose online tools intended to help users convert, inspect, edit, organize, generate or calculate information and files. The available tools, supported formats, limits and interfaces may change over time as browsers, standards and the website evolve.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use QuickConvertify only if you can legally enter into these Terms or, where required, use the service with the authorization of a parent, guardian or organization that is responsible for you. You must use the website in compliance with applicable laws, contractual duties and third-party rights.

3. Your files, content and permissions

You retain whatever rights you already have in files, text, code, images, media and other material you use with the tools. QuickConvertify does not obtain ownership merely because you process material with a tool. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, licenses, consents or other authority needed to use, transform, copy or distribute the material and any resulting output.

Do not use the service to process or distribute material in a way that infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, database, contractual or other rights.

4. Browser-first processing

Where a tool page displays the private-processing notice, supported input is processed locally in your browser rather than uploaded to the QuickConvertify WordPress server for the conversion itself. Local processing depends on your browser, device memory, processor, available storage and source-file complexity. Closing or refreshing the page can end an unfinished task, and QuickConvertify does not provide cloud backup for locally processed source files or generated downloads.

5. Your responsibility for results and backups

You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Keep an independent copy of important source files until you have opened and verified the result. A successful download or visible preview does not guarantee that every font, page, formula, codec, metadata field, form element, macro, signature, annotation, color profile or embedded object has been preserved.

6. Calculators and generated information

Calculators, unit conversions, date tools, text utilities and generated examples are provided for general informational and convenience purposes. Results can be affected by rounding, assumptions, local conventions, input errors and simplified formulas. Unless a tool expressly states otherwise, its output is not certified, audited or intended to replace a qualified professional or an authoritative source.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, administrator area or another user’s data;
  • interfere with, overload, probe or deliberately bypass security, rate limits or access controls;
  • introduce malware, malicious code or content designed to damage systems or deceive users;
  • use automated traffic in a manner that materially degrades the service or ignores reasonable technical restrictions;
  • misrepresent generated results as independently verified, certified or endorsed by QuickConvertify when they are not; or
  • use the service to violate a duty of confidentiality, an intellectual-property right or an applicable law.

8. Code, developer and preview tools

Developer utilities and preview features are provided to inspect, transform or run supported content in the browser. Sandboxing and content restrictions can reduce risk but cannot make untrusted code or files harmless in every environment. Review code before using it, do not treat a browser preview as a security audit and do not execute material you do not trust on a sensitive device.

9. No account, purchase or storage entitlement

The included public tools are designed to be available without account registration or a paid download step. These Terms do not create an entitlement to permanent free access, a particular feature set, cloud storage, processing capacity, support response time or uninterrupted availability. If paid or account-based services are introduced later, additional terms may apply and should be presented before purchase or registration.

10. Intellectual property in the website

Except for third-party or open-source components under their own licenses, the QuickConvertify branding, original site design, original written content, tool configuration and other protectable website materials belong to their respective owner or licensor. You may use the website for its intended purpose, but you may not falsely claim ownership of the site, remove legal notices from redistributed materials where a license requires them or use the QuickConvertify name in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement without permission.

11. Open-source components and third-party formats

The service may include open-source libraries and support file formats, browser APIs, standards or products maintained by third parties. Those components can be subject to their own licenses and notices. References to a third-party name or format are descriptive and do not imply endorsement, partnership or ownership.

12. External links

QuickConvertify may link to external documentation, standards, validation tools or other websites for convenience. External websites are controlled by their own operators. We do not guarantee their availability, content, security or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

13. Availability, maintenance and changes

We may add, remove, correct, suspend, limit or redesign a tool or page at any time. Browser updates, hosting incidents, security maintenance, source-file characteristics and third-party standards can affect availability or behavior. We do not promise that every tool will work with every file, device or browser version.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickConvertify and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, non-infringement or preservation of every source-file feature. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption or reliance on an incorrect or incomplete result. You are responsible for maintaining backups and independently checking important output.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

16. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain browser-first processing, contact-form information, built-in analytics, session storage and WordPress cookies.

17. Suspension or restriction

We may restrict access to the service when reasonably necessary to protect the website, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to security concerns or preserve service availability. Because the included tools generally do not require a public user account, this may include blocking abusive requests or temporarily disabling affected functionality.

18. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect new tools, legal requirements, security practices or business changes. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after the revised Terms take effect means you agree to the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Severability and mandatory rights

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.

20. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the QuickConvertify Contact page. Do not send confidential source files or unnecessary sensitive information with a general terms inquiry.
