Use this page to contact QuickConvertify about a tool problem, content correction, privacy or accessibility concern, feature suggestion or new-tool request. Messages submitted through this form are sent to the website administrator’s configured email address.

What to include in your message
- Tool or page: include the page URL or exact tool name.
- What happened: describe what you expected and what actually happened.
- Technical context: browser name, device type, operating system if relevant and the exact error message.
- File context without the file: mention the general format, approximate size and whether the source is encrypted, scanned or unusually complex.
- For content corrections: quote the sentence, formula or instruction that you believe needs review and explain why.
Please do not send sensitive material
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, private keys, identity documents, medical records, financial account information, confidential client files, proprietary source files or other highly sensitive information through the contact form. In most cases we can investigate a problem from the page URL, file type, browser information and an error description.
Privacy and data requests
You may also use this form to ask a privacy question or make a data-related request. Provide enough information for the administrator to understand and, where appropriate, verify the request, but do not send unnecessary identity documents unless the administrator specifically explains why verification is required.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, describe the affected URL, the conditions required to reproduce it and the potential impact. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is reasonably necessary to confirm it, do not access other people’s data and do not publicly disclose sensitive details before the site operator has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Before requesting technical support
Try the tool in a current browser with JavaScript enabled, confirm that the source file opens normally in another application and retry with browser extensions that modify pages temporarily disabled if appropriate. Browser download settings, unsupported media codecs, damaged files, encrypted documents and low device memory can affect results.
Response expectations
We aim to review useful reports and corrections, but the contact form does not create a service-level agreement or guarantee an individual response. Reproducible bug reports and clear correction requests are generally the easiest to investigate.
